Comments

We do not enable comments on our web pages. There are no comments to store.

 

 

Media

We do not enable users to upload any media to our web pages. The media we use on our website is licensed and/or proprietary. There is no media that requires you to ask for its removal.

 

 

Website

We use WordPress to create our website and a custom Sopra Health theme for design. These choices were made to ensure the security and usability of our website without the risk of malicious code that could put you at risk.

 

 

Contacting You

We use forms on our contact page. These forms are embedded in our WordPress platform. The form collects the information you input and sends it to our CRM system. The form data you enter is not used to track your cross-browswer behavior on our website or third-party websites.

When you become a prospect of Sopra Solutions, if we have your permission to send you marketing updates, your email address may be added to our CRM platform. When you receive an email from us, there is a link for you to unsubscribe. Once you unsubscribe, you will not be added again unless you contact us and ask to be re-added. Even if you re-subscribe, we are happy to remove you again if your needs or desires change.

We chose our CRM platform because it respects your privacy by not tracking your behavior across the web or social media. The platform is:

 – SOC 1 (ISAE 3402) Type I and II compliant (Focused on controls relevant to financial reporting

 – SOC 2 Type I & II – Evaluating design (Type I) and operational effectiveness (Type II) of its security, availability, and confidentiality controls

 – CAIQ (Cloud Security Alliance v3.1) – Providing a complete self-assessment and mapping the CRM’s controls against multiple standards including:

 – ISO 27001, PCI DSS, FedRamp, HIPAA and HITRUST

 

Each member of Sopra Solutions uses multi-factor authentication to access their email accounts, protecting both you and us.

 

If you believe your email was used inappropriately by Sopra Health Comms, please contact us immediately for investigation and immediate resolution.

 

 

Cookies

There is no customer login on our website, so we do not need to create cookies to remember your ID and password. 

We use very limited cookies, which are part of the WordPress theme, to enable forward and backward navigation of the site. No cookies used on our site contain your personal data, even when you fill out a form using WPForms.

Our CRM, like most outbound platforms, tracks whether an email was opened and acted upon. This is standard practice to ensure emails are delivered without being marked as spam and to offer a way for recipients to opt-out, which is legally required. We never sell your behavior or intent signals to any third parties.

 

 

Embedded Content from Other Websites

We do not embed content from other websites. Most third-party websites collect data about you, use tracking cookies, and monitor your interaction with embedded content, which goes against our values. We refuse to use these services, even if it means sending users to other sites to access information.

 

 

Analytics

We use WordPress as our platform, installed on our host, which holds its data inside the continental USA and is one of the largest hosts in the world. Their webmaster administrative function automatically provides reports about web traffic volumes and sources.  For example, it may tell us that we had 15 unique visitors in a day and may identify an ISP domain or geography, but it won’t tell us who those visitors are.

We do not give any third party partners access to our analytics backend.  We do not sell your data, whether it be your private data or anonymized data.

 

 

Your Data

We keep copies of emails and direct messages you send to us in order to conduct business. These transactions happen both inside the CRM platform mentioned above and within our/your email platforms. We do not share or sell this information. If you would like to request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, we are happy to do that. The only exception is data we are obliged to keep for administrative or legal purposes, such as a transaction that shows us earning revenue from you that may be required for bookkeeping and tax purposes. Likewise, if you would like us to delete direct messages from you that may be contained in LinkedIn or other platforms, we are happy to do so. If you are requesting to be deleted from those platforms entirely, their systems will remove that data for you.

 

 

Our Values

Our values are to do everything we can to protect our prospects, customers, and employees from technology that exploits them or leverages them without informed consent in laymen’s language that is easy to understand. We believe in organic marketing because that is what is best for people. We put people first. We realize this means it will be harder for us to build and maintain our business, but in return, we know we earned our clients and customer with integrity.
