Our operating model

From the first conversation to shipped work, here’s what to expect. Nothing goes out without your approval.

  1. Understand the situationWe start by listening: your goals, the people you need to reach, your constraints, your review process, and how you define success. We don’t show up with a canned plan.
  2. Align the message and success measuresWe agree on positioning, targeting, tone, proof, and how we’ll measure success before any production starts.
  3. Assemble the teamA bespoke team custom-formulated for the initiative, not assigned from whatever bench happens to be free.
  4. Design for reviewClaims, evidence, approvals, version control, and role clarity set from the first draft, at the rigor your category requires.
  5. ExecuteSenior people do the work, with AI-assisted production where it genuinely helps and human review at every step.
  6. MeasureEnrollment, pipeline, referrals, retention — reported plainly, with sources you can defend in a board meeting.
  7. AdjustThe plan changes when the evidence says it should. You’ll always know what’s shipping, what’s working, and what’s next.

The team model

Anyone can buy the same tools and copy the same frameworks. What actually makes your spend perform is senior judgment and the right team aimed at your goal.

Senior account lead

Your account lead is a senior marketer and stays on through delivery. You won’t get handed to a junior group after the kickoff call.

Senior project management

Our project managers are senior marketers themselves. They’ve done this work, not just tracked it in a spreadsheet.

A bespoke specialist bench

We put together a bespoke team for each initiative, so your budget follows experienced judgment instead of trial and error.

Frameworks built for outcomes

The frameworks we use are ours, and each one was built for a specific commercial outcome. Decisions come from people who’ve done the work, not from a tool’s default settings or whatever’s trending.

Review discipline

Design-for-review, from the first draft

Healthcare marketing comes with real obligations: privacy, clinical accuracy, advertising rules, and for regulated products, full medical-legal-regulatory review. We hold that standard because people make real health decisions based on what we put in front of them. We take that seriously.

What you get out of it is practical: approvals that keep moving, and work that stays ambitious without breaking the rules.

  • Claims and evidence mapped before creative begins, so scrutiny concentrates where it belongs.
  • Approved language libraries that keep every channel consistent and reviewer-ready.
  • Version control and asset systems structured so review scales with the work, not against it.
  • Role clarity — who reviews what, at which stage, at which standard, agreed up front.
  • Rigor matched to the work, from advertising standards through full MLR.

Ways to work with us

You can start small or hand us the whole program. Most clients begin with a short sprint and grow from there. Pricing is based on the scope of the work, and we’ll recommend the smallest engagement that can actually get it done.

Discovery & messaging sprint

The usual first step. We align on goals, audiences, message, and measures, and you get enough real work to judge the fit before committing further.

Launch team

One senior team holding all your launch workstreams, from HCP and patient to advocacy, PR, and review, on a single calendar.

Fractional marketing team

Senior help while a role sits unfilled or a team stays small, so the work keeps moving without a twelve-month hiring gamble.

Review-ready content system

Content at the pace you need, with senior review built in, cleared at the standard your category requires.

Retained growth partner

Ongoing strategy and execution across programs, measured against outcomes you define with us.

Focused project

One deliverable, done well. A messaging system, a persona set, a campaign, or a diagnostic.

Ownership and confidentiality

Your work stays yours

Messaging systems, creative libraries, and campaign assets belong to your organization and stay with you, whether we work together for a quarter or for years.

Your story stays private

Strict NDAs, and we’re glad to sign one before you share anything sensitive. We never publish, reference, or even hint at client work, not even anonymized.

Approved language, everywhere

Shared libraries keep every touchpoint on message and reviewer-ready, so quality holds as volume grows.

Respect for IP

Yours and everyone else’s. We back up claims before making them, get permissions before using anything, and never invent evidence, in your work or in ours.

Frequent questions about working together

What’s a typical first engagement?

Most clients start with a short discovery and messaging sprint so we can understand your goals and agree on the message. Then we move into a focused 4–12 week execution period with defined channels and outcomes. That’s enough time to produce real work, and enough for you to judge the fit before committing to more.

How is pricing structured?

We price to the scope of the work. Depending on its shape, that can mean a fixed-price project, a blended rate, or a retainer. We’ll recommend an approach during discovery, and honestly, we’d rather start small and earn a bigger role.

Who owns the work product?

You do, completely. That covers messaging systems, creative libraries, and campaign assets alike.

We’re in a regulated category. Will you keep us compliant?

Yes. Designing for review is a core discipline for us, not an add-on. That means structured briefs, substantiation, approved language, version control, and clear approval workflows at whatever rigor your category requires. The goal is to get through MLR, legal, and medical review without surprises or last-minute rework.

Start with a practical discovery conversation.

Thirty minutes on your situation. We’ll tell you what we’d look at first and whether we’re the right fit, no pressure either way.
